Breakfast Patties
INGREDIENTS
4 teaspoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon sea salt
2 pounds of ground meat (I like to use 1/2 turkey and 1/2 pork)
INSTRUCTIONS
Turn oven to 450F and allow to warm up while you make the patties.
Combine everything into a bowl and mix up well with your hands.
Form into patties, this recipe makes about 20 patties.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes
Eat them warm and then save the rest for later.
I freeze them and then reheat on a cast iron in the mornings, so easy and quick!
