Organic Pineapple Juice
Grass Fed Beef Gelatin
Glass dish (shallow) or silicone molds
Stainless saucepan
Coconut or MCT oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat a glass dish with coconut oil, set aside
Add 1 cup of juice into a glass or ceramic bowl (wider the better)
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of gelatin powder on top of the juice
Allow to sit and incorporate itself into the juice
Warm up 3 cups of the juice in a saucepan
When the juice is hot but NOT boiling add in the bloomed gelatin
Stir with a wire whisk until the clumps are gone
Once the mixture is smooth pour into a glass dish
Set in the fridge for 3 hours
Cut into cubes and eat within one week
